- 4 points for every MINI size sub purchased

- How do I get a Shore Points® Rewards Card?
- Cards can be picked up at any participating Jersey Mike’s location.
Earning/Redeeming Points
- How do I earn points?
- Anytime before your purchase is finalized, you scan your Card under the bar code reader. When a qualifying purchase is made the points will be added.
- How do I redeem points to be used for a purchase?
- Notify your server what product you'd like to redeem, then scan your Card under the bar code reader. Only individual subs can be redeemed.
- How many points do I earn for purchasing, or need to redeem?

- What happens if I forget my Shore Points® Rewards Card? Can I still earn points?
- If you registered using your phone number, points can still be earned. Your phone number can be entered to redeem points. Notify your server you have forgot your card and they will prompt you for your phone number.
- How can a I check the balance on my Shore Points® Rewards Card?
- The balance will appear on every receipt. You can also check your balance online here or via our mobile apps, available for both iPhone and Android phones. You can get your App activation code by entering in your card or phone number here
Lost/Stolen Cards
- What happens if my Shore Points® Rewards card is lost or stolen?
- If you registered using your phone number, the card can be replaced and all points transferred to a new card. Ask your cashier to replace your card. The lost or stolen card will become void.
Phone Numbers Associated with Shore Points® Rewards Card
- Can a Shore Points® Rewards Card have more than one phone number attached to it?
- No
- How many cards can I have matched to one phone number?
- Each phone number can only have one (1) Shore Points® Rewards Card and one (1) Surfboard keychain card associated with it.
Shore Points® Rewards Mobile Application
- What is the Shore Points® Rewards Mobile Application?
- The Shore Points® Rewards Mobile App is a smartphone Application that gives you the ability to check points and transactions. The application will also notify you of special promotions in your area or nationally. When you activate a Card you will receive a text message with instructions on how to load the App to your smartphone.
- Which smartphones have the Shore Points® Rewards Mobile App available?
- Currently iPhone and Android.
- What happens if I throw out my receipt with the activation code for the Mobile App?
- The activation code is printed on every receipt when a Shore Points® Rewards Card is used. You can also get your App activation code by entering in your card or phone number here.
- How do I download the app?
- You can download the App for both iPhone and Android phones. You can get your App activation code by entering in your card or phone number here or it can be found at the bottom of any receipt where you used your card.
All Phones: Mobile Member Services &Communications
- Who gets to receive membership offers and Shore Points® Rewards communications via SkyPoP mobile member services?
- Anyone with a mobile phone – feature phone or smartphone – can receive text notifications and messaging. SkyPoP delivers membership and rewards status, store offers, and specials through both opt-in text messaging services and communication for members to manage points, rewards and VIP services. For smartphone users, iPhone and Android, there is a Shore Points® Rewards Member Application powered by SkyPoP that delivers point balances, special rewards and opportunities to earn bonus points.
- Are there other ways for me to know my point balance and reward status?
- Yes. Your membership point balance and reward status is printed at the bottom of every purchase receipt at participating Jersey Mike’s locations.
Smartphone Users: the Shore Points® Rewards Membership App
- What does the Jersey Mike’s Mobile Shore Points® Rewards App powered by SkyPoP for iPhone and Android enable me to do?
- Jersey Mike’s mobile member App powered by SkyPoP lets you view your membership point balance, receive reward notifications, earn bonus points, and access local merchant specials. You may also receive other member VIP offers, services such as invitations, in-store point balance notifications and other exclusive benefits.
- How do I download and register my smartphone app?
- When you register as a Shore Points® Rewards member, you will receive a confirmation text that verifies your membership AND provides you a registration code with a direct link to both the iPhone and Android application download stores. You can also search for and download the Jersey Mike’s Shore Points® Rewards App directly from the iTunes and Android stores. Simply download the App. Type in your mobile phone number and reg code, and the application will be loaded with your membership data and information.
- Do I have to pay for the smartphone membership application?
- No. The smartphone application is FREE. All you need is your membership reg code to link the application to your membership account to instantly see your point and reward balance, and get access to special offers.
- I lost my reg code and cannot complete the download of my Shore Points® Rewards membership App. Do I need to keep this reg code to use the app?
- Your reg code is also always printed at the bottom of the printed receipts along with your membership point balance. You will only need this reg code once to complete the download and register your account. You will not need it to log in each time you use the application.
SkyPop and Jersey Mike’s Subs
- Does SkyPoP manage my rewards membership account and offers?
- No. SkyPoP provides mobile ID technology with mobile member apps and services to enable merchants to create and manage reward and incentive programs, connect with their best customers and easily merchandise specials and offers to customers through mobile phones – text phones and smartphones. Programs are “powered by SkyPoP” but program definition and details including reward levels, point balances, offers, specials, and customer membership account balances are determined by the Jersey Mike’s Shore Points® Rewards Rewards Program.
- Where can I get help with my membership?
- Please visit your participating Jersey Mike's stores. The manager has access to a membership help desk.
- I was given a plastic membership card with a barcode for my Shore Points® Rewards membership, can I still download the mobile App for my smartphone and get SkyPop membership offers via text?
- Yes. Once you have signed up you’ll receive a registration code to download the mobile App and also a welcome text to participate in text offers.

Jersey Mike’s Shore Points® Rewards Cards Rewards Program: Terms &Conditions
PARTICIPATION IN THIS REWARDS PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE PROGRAM CONDITIONS.
The Jersey Mike’s Shore Points®™ Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered by Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, Inc. (“JMFS”). Jersey Mike’s Shore Points®™ Cards may only be used at participating Jersey Mike’s locations. Jersey Mike’s Shore Points®™ (“Shore Points®”) may be redeemed for qualifying food, beverages, and promotional items only.
Customers may become members (“Members) of the Program by requesting a Shore Points® Card and providing your telephone number at participating Jersey Mike’s locations. Shore Points® Cards are free, and will be activated upon sign up and the first qualifying purchase. When you provide your telephone number you will receive a welcome text message; if at any time, you wish to opt out, reply “STOP.” Membership in the Program is limited to residents of the United States who are above the age of majority in the state in which they reside.
EARN POINTS
To earn Shore Points®, you must make qualifying purchases at participating Jersey Mike’s locations:
For every KID’S Meal you purchase, you will receive 3 points;
- For every Breakfast sandwich you purchase (where available), you will receive 4 points;
- For every MINI size sub you purchase, you will receive 4 points;
- For every REG size sub you purchase, you will receive 6 points;
- For every SUB in a TUB you purchase, you will receive 6 points;
- For every WRAP you purchase, you will receive 6 points;
- For every GIANT size sub you purchase, you will receive 12 points.
You must present your Shore Points® Membership ID at the time of purchase to earn points. For each purchase made using your Shore Points® Membership ID, your purchase receipt will show the points credited to your account for that transaction and point balance. No points will be issued retroactively. Points cannot be transferred between Shore Points® Members or accounts. Points may be earned only by the Shore Points® Member who pays for the purchases. Points may be earned for purchases made with Jersey Mike’s gift cards. Point balances are stored by JMFS’s computer system and are automatically updated after each time you use your Shore Points® Membership ID. Participating mobile ID Members will also receive automatic updates, membership program information, point and award balances and opportunities to receive additional bonus points through the mobile application. If at any time you wish to opt out, reply “STOP”.
REDEEM POINTS
You can redeem your Shore Points® anytime after you reach a qualifying level:
- You can redeem 48 points for a free MINI size sub (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $5.25);
- You can redeem 72 points for a free REG size sub (ARV = $7.45);
- You can redeem 72 points for a free SUB in a TUB (ARV = $7.45);
- You can redeem 72 points for a free WRAP (ARV = $7.45);
- You can redeem 144 points for a free GIANT size sub (ARV = $11.95);
OFFER SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
Shore Points® are redeemable only for the corresponding food item described above; no substitutions are permitted. If you add other items or purchase a combo meal so that the purchase amount exceeds the value of the tendered Shore Points®, you will be required to make an additional payment for the balance due. Redemption of rewards will reduce the points in your Shore Points® Membership account by the reward amount. ALL REWARDS SHALL BE ACCEPTED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND FOR WHICH SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS NOR ACCEPTS ANY RESPONSIBILITY.
Shore Points® are non-transferrable or assignable, except by JMFS. Shore Points® Cards, mobile member ID’s, and Program points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Point value stored on Shore Points® Memberships IDs will not be replaced if the Shore Points® Membership ID is lost, damaged, stolen, or used without permission. Shore Points® Membership ID will not be accepted if the card number is invalid, has not been activated, or cannot be found within the Jersey Mike’s system. Sale of Shore Points® Cards is strictly prohibited. JMFS is not responsible for honoring invalid Shore Points® Membership ID.
By enrolling in the Program, Shore Points® Members agree to these Terms & Conditions. JMFS reserves the right, and holder of a Shore Points® Membership ID agrees that, JMFS may cancel or limit the Program, modify the terms of the Program, and/or contract with a third party to administer the Program at any time, without notice. This includes modifying, altering, adding or deleting program benefits, point values, redemption levels, reward delivery methods, and conditions for active status. Members are responsible for periodically visiting this site to view any changes to these Terms & Conditions. In the event that the Program is discontinued, Members will be allowed to redeem points remaining on their Shore Points® Membership ID, unless otherwise notified by JMFS. JMFS reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate on any dispute at any time.
Abuse of the Program, unauthorized or fraudulent use of or tampering with the Program, failure to follow these Terms and Conditions, the sale or barter of Shore Points®, or other improper conduct as determined by JMFS, in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the Member’s account without notice and future disqualification from Program participation and forfeiture of all points accrued. Program points and rewards are subject to applicable government regulations and are void where prohibited by law.
The Program is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.
